SHIPPING: We are currently shipping within 5-14 business days after orders are received. If we are doing custom art, art production is running 5-7 business days with shipping running 2-4 business days after you approve the proof. RETURNS: We will authorize returns of defective or incorrect product shipped that is determined to be our error. G4-Graphics reserves the right to correct any errors by issuing a replacement product at our shipping expense within a similar time frame that it took to complete the initial order. Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault, provided you contact our Customer Service Department 866-884-2207 within five (5) days from receipt of merchandise. Returns for which the customer ordered incorrectly or approved incorrect artwork cannot be returned. If we do authorize a return, a return authorization number must be obtained and is valid for only thirty (30) days from invoice date. The authorization number must be clearly written on each package to be received correctly by our receivers. If you find that you ordered the wrong product or color and just want to return what you received, we'll accept the return and credit your card, but we have a $50.00 restocking fee. Customized products may not be returned. Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused. All returns must include a written explanation and a copy of the invoice or packing list. NO returns are accepted freight collect or COD. Send all returns prepaid and insured for current value. Absolutely NO returns are accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice. CANCELLATION FEE G4-Graphics has a minimum $35.00 order cancellation fee. This fee applies to orders for logos as well as graphics. The fee will only be above $35.00 if we are doing artwork for you and you cancel during that process. In the event you cancel an order for a logo or artwork, the cancellation fee will be equal to $35.00 or the amount of work already allocated to your project at our normal hourly rate, whichever is higher. LOST SHIPMENTS: We ship via UPS and can provide tracking numbers and "proof of delivery" notices at your request. If you suspect your shipment is late or lost, send us a note or give us a call and we will trace it for you. You will then need to submit a claim to UPS. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to the carrier immediately. Please keep any damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise. DISCLAIMER: All items subject to prior sale. We can ship via most methods including next day or second day via multiple carriers. Let us know if you have a preference, otherwise we will choose the most economical/practical method. All orders are sent FOB shipping point. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the Freight Agent make note of the condition. Open your order immediately and check the contents against your enclosed invoice. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) days. Save the container(s) that the shipment arrived in. REFUSED SHIPMENTS: DO NOT refuse shipments as this results in unnecessary shipping and handling charges. Accept the shipment and call our Customer Service Department at 866-884-2207 for assistance. All refused shipments will be assessed a 30% restocking fee plus the freight. |
