We can create logo files for you....
If you want a logo added to your graphic we can do that for a
nominal charge. The charge for creating logo artwork is $65.00 if
you choose from our standard logo designs. Creating a custom logo
is $130.00 and two revision rounds and proofing are included.
Either of these options can be purchased in the Logo section of the
site.
**Effective immediately all sponsor logo's added to our graphics are additional charges**

Or...if you have your own artwork....
Some types of artwork files are acceptable without modifying and
there is a nominal placement fee for adding those files to your
graphic kits - usually $45.00. Files must be submitted in VECTOR
format WITH NO SPECIAL EFFECTS in either:
---- Macromedia FreeHand (version 8 or earlier) and
---- Adobe Illustrator (version 10 or earlier).
If you cannot send your electronic file in one of these formats,
you will need to purchase the Custom Logo option to have your logo
drawn by our designers.
If you need to send artwork files to G4-Graphics to be included in
your graphics, they should be sent to
sales@goforitgraphics.com by clicking here. We will
review files submitted with orders and will let you know ASAP if
files are usable with our systems. Sorry, we cannot review files
before an order is placed.
Logo charges are one-time charges. If you want to order or re-order
a graphic with a logo that we have already created for you, there
is no additional charge. Simply let us know in the order comments
that you want your logo added to the graphic you are ordering.
Ordering a Proof If you would like to see a picture of your design
for approval before we print, you can order a proof with your
graphic. We will send you a .jpg copy by email and request that you
send us an approval email and/or comments promptly. If we don't
hear from you in a timely manner, we reserve the right to ship the
graphic after we do a quality check of our art files compared to
your specifications. We will always send an email notice at least
24 hours before we decide to ship without approval.
Changes If you see your proof and want to make changes please let
us know and we'll try to accomodate you. Minor adjustments may be
able to occur without additional charges, but most changes will
need to be quoted before they occur. Cancellation charges will
apply if you cancel your order during the design/proofing
process.
Custom Colors
Colors are adjustable on most of our kits, and many can be
adjusted for no additional charge. The right side of the chart
below illustrates a fade effect in each color that can be applied
to some of the kits (inside flames, for example).

Custom Designs, Dealers and Teams
We are happy to create totally custom designs to your
specifications. Let us know what you're thinking and we'll get you
a quote right away. Most can be done for $600.00 or less.
Designing your own?
You can even send your own artwork that we can apply to any of
our templates. We will quote you on what it will cost to apply your
art to our templates when you submit it to us.

Please Note:
Artwork charges are for the time associated with creating a file to
your specifications, not for the files themselves. Standard and custom logo design pricing is for G4-Graphic use only. If you would like the logo we design you in .eps format for use elsewhere, G4-Graphics charges $250 or the cost of the artwork, which ever is higher. G4-Graphics will
provide graphic images for resellers to display on their web sites
and electronic catalogues and will not sell graphics with reseller
logos without reseller/dealer permission.
CANCELLATION FEE
G4_Graphics has a minimum $35.00 order cancellation fee. This fee
applies to orders for logos as well as graphics. In the event you
cancel an order for a logo or artwork, the cancellation fee will be
equal to $35.00 or the amount of work already allocated to your
project at our normal hourly rate, whichever is higher.
